Fantastic service / help from the ladies on reception, followed by great care and support from Hayley Roberts.
Suggested improvements
Nothing I can think of right now. It would have been nice to be able to get an appointment sooner - but the delay is clearly a sign of how busy you are (can't do much about that!).

Both Georgia and the student were so very kind, encouraging, supportive and gave me confidence to believe in myself and 'I can do':- the exercise programme is helping to strength my limits.

I cannot fault the service so far. I was given an appointment date very quickly after submitting my referral (self referral). When I arrived for my appointment today the receptionist was lovely and my physiotherapist was excellent.
