All the staff are very caring and put you at ease, they make you laugh, they excellent they should have more help.

Your staff levels are cut to the bone./nThey run their socks off perhaps just one more member would help.

Depended on which member of staff attended to me./nSome excellent others need more training.
Suggested improvements
Take more care when patient has brace from ankle to tight when wheeling in a wheel chain not to hit exposed foot an obstacles.

Inconsistency of care. Depends on member of staff administer care.
Suggested improvements
Feel as if I have been dumped here to clear hospital for covid!! Listen to the patient what they can and can not do. I believe this to be rehab. Have had very little to address ie physiotherapy.
