Everything I was told and discussed with Roger was most satisfactory and a clear plan was put in place to see if it can reduce my pain and discomfort. I was even given a website so I can start doing exercises at home before I start physio. I also know that if the exercise and physio is not solution I will be directed to whatever is the next step

From my experience there was nothing that could of been done better
