I contacted the hospital at Warwick as I couldn't get through to this hospital, as wasn't open. Explained to the lady on the phone and she was rude, and felt she couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. I explained I was stuck in traffic, she wasn't interested in my call. Thought she was very rude.
