This was a telephone appointment. The reason I only gave 4 stars for timely information is that I had my call at 8.50am on a Monday, but did not get any follow up email until Thursday 3.00pm. I was concerned that they did not have the correct spelt email, although they did check my email initially, but not the spelling.. However, overall a good service. not sure why the physio could not make a follow up appointment though..as I was told to ring and make a follow up appointment in 4 weeks time.
