My daughter was very shy and nervous about meeting Hayley. Hayley was incredible continuing to encourage her and observing her movements while she was hiding. I was impressed by her professionalism and ability to switch between talking to me and to my daughter. By the end of the appointment my daughter had gone from hiding behind me to happily attempting to kick a football to Hayley.
Suggested improvements
It was a long walk from the main reception to the physio area for my daughter on crutches. A shorter distance or a waiting area part way to split up the distance would have helped.
