Although working at full stretch in an overcrowded and very demanding environment, all the staff I was in contact with are deserving of commendation. Unceasingly pleasant, amazingly cheerful, and most obliging regardless!
The expertise and humour made waiting much more tolerable and expedited treatment with much multitasking in evidence. Todd Guiton was an example of professionalism at its best!
