The care given by all the staff on ward 16 was outstanding. From the consultant down to the cleaners I was treated with respect & compassion. They were all kind, caring, friendly & totally professional. The whole time I was in the care of ward 16 was a good experience. I appreciated everything beng explained to me & being treated as an individual. The ward was well equipped & spotlessly clean. I cannot fault the service I received.
