Amazing treatment and did and amazing job with my eye
Excellent patient care
I recommend our local hospital
THe RLI is a great district hospital, with a great team of healthcare professionals
Ever time I have attended this hospital I have always been treated respectfully and quickly in all departments I have been to. Clean, helpful staff and considering what they have to do they have always had a sense of humour.
Efficient and carrying. A very pleasant experience.
I had Knee Replacement Surgery by Mr Khajuria at Lancaster Hospital on 31st January 2022. I can only praise the staff for all he care and attention received while in their care,
As a inpatient I can not honestly say you get the same continuity of care. There are nurses that go above and beyond to help you. Then there is bad apples that no matter how I’ll you are you do not want to stay there. I feel intimidated and embarrassed to let people treat me like this, but I don’t have the strength to argue or fight in me
Like I say the majority are fantastic BUT there are some bad apples in the barrel. You need to be able decipher which. I however am not rushing back anytime soon. I can’t guarantee I won’t come up against it again.
I have been under the Orthopaedic department for a couple of years within the Royal Lancaster Infirmary and from my personal experience I feel the staff are friendly and helpful.
The hospital is generally clean and tidy.
Have had to be there on a few occasions , the worst being A&E.
The Dr was rude and made me feel so uncomfortable even though my Dr had sent me there. Awful experience from start to Finnish. Toilets dirty.
Urology was poor , cleanliness was very poor.
Gynaecologist operation left me with an infection and checking for procedure was bad.
