Couldn’t ask for the care anywhere better! Nothing is too much trouble whom ever you ask and the staffs patience is brilliant.

Very limited service. Difficult to get an appointment. Treatment area hard to find.
Overall very uninspiring and difficult to access service or contact them by phone.

The staff in the Lancaster Suite were very helpful even though they were very busy.
My biggest problem was being on two other wards first. I realise that after tests etc
it may be a necessity for the best treatment.

I have needed to visit several departments of the hospital and have been treated with the utmost respect and competence in all of them.

It is fine as it is no improvement needed. Well apart from the railway, I had to walk back home to collect the car which made me late! Not good for busy NHS staff
