The private unit at the hospital was clean and tidy. I was very happy with my consultant and his care, but I was a bit disappointed by the nurses' care in the private unit. When on the ward, I struggled to get help when needed and pain relief in a timely manner. Overall I would say the private unit at the Royal Free was good.
