Worst experience of my life! Their 5000 numer is a joke, can be on hold for 2 h and still wont get through, they book app very randomly, never check availability with patient and then never call at the time of the app anyway, doctors prescribed meds that were harmful for my other conditions, 4 hour wait in pharmacy is a standard and no possibility ever to call back any dept in the hospital, doctors dont bother call the patients, rather leave messages they will call in few weeks, formal complaints cant help anything either.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL. never again!
