I was referred to The mermaid centre and went today for my consultation and scans and I cannot lie I was really worried. I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful, kind, professional and smiley team that made the process so much easier from start to finish. The team are angels and they support so many people beautifully when they feel very vulnerable and scared, despite the sea of brave faces in the waiting room. It was sad to see the place so busy and wish everyone there the best but so grateful for this cutting edge facility to care for us all. If you are referred here you will be treated quickly and with great empathy and kindness. I am very grateful for them giving me peace of mind and support. Give these angels a pay rise, they deserve it!
