I’m currently in Royal Brompton. The place is clean, the doctors are highly professional and the head nurse is professional. However, there seem to be a high number of junior nurses that don’t seem to communicate any where near as much as they should! Each time you ask them for something, they end up saying they don’t know. It’s very frustrating not knowing anything, isn't it the nurse’s jobs to know what they are doing? Very frustrating experience given I am a heart patient already. I would also recommend that the nurses you hire do have a certain proficiency of English as some of them are struggling with northern accents, etc.
