Felt that the waiting area was the perfect place for spreading germs. Staff polite and respectful. I personally did not have too long a wait, but aware that some people had been waiting longer, whereas some came in and seen very quite quickly.

Indication of wait time. Fresher air, seemed a good environment to catch something, cold virus.

The nurses said what good progress I was making which was encouraging. The physios were very helpful in improving my mobility. The doctors enabled me to be released as soon as possible.

On occasions I felt that I could have been listened to more.

All of the medical team I met were very professional & polite, all my questions were answered in good rasy to understand/follow English.

There was a delay but very friendly and out of their control Was there a little longer than expected

Maybe better options whilst you are waiting as tv didn’t work and not much privacy

The attitude of the medical staff, at all levels. All my questions were answered in clear, easy to understand language. Brilliant, keep it up 10/10.
