I am currently sat here at Royal Berkshire hospital in the A&E area and have been here 5 hours. The receptionist was not helpful at all and did not even give me an estimation of how long I will be. I have hardly been given any information of what will happen.. it’s so hot in here I’m in a t shirt and sweating. It has made me never want to come here again!
