I spoke to Dr [name removed] who put me at my ease. She appeared warm and empathetic and gave me a lot of time to express myself. She gave a clear explanation of how our interview would be structured and what would happen after our chat. I was very happy with the service I received - thank you.

Could have been quicker, although I was aware that it was busy but it always is. We had a urgent referral which I thought would be quicker. Reading needs another hospital or Newbury needs a better hospital that does more. We are so far away from what is called local.

Improve waiting times. Needs more rooms to assess patients and more trained staff for the size that the RBH is covering.
