I was apprehensive at 1st however by the end of the session. I felt very relaxed and with follow up on what I have been tought.
Suggested improvements
I thought the teaching was excellent and I could not have done better.

The complement the therapy service is amazing. We both look forward to these sessions. Which allow us relaxation and recuperation from our current situation.

We have nothing but praise for the whole of the community team who are supporting us at this time of uncertainity.
