I gave this answer because I was totally impressed with the service and the person delivering the service; she is a caring and very skilled and put me at my ease from the moment I met her Louise, is totally professional, listens and treated her 'customer' with respect.

Staff were kind, considerate, respectful and very helpful. Supported my needs whilst having an overnight infusion gentle and helpful with personal care thrashing. Nothing was too much trouble.

The staff attending my husband were amazing. The care administered outstanding with regard to talking softly to Bob explaining every action to him and including family. Great care given to pressure area care and every move, turn talked through with permission from him. Total love and professionalism I was allowed to assist last offered.
