I really cannot think of anything, they offered me counseling which I did except and it is helping me, as they say they treat the couple not just the patient. Thank you Rowcroft.

I was instantly put at my ease, treated with respect and dignity. Very professional and compassionate. I felt pressure lifted your little 'I want great care' is 100% appropriate and what I received. Rowcroft hospice.

I gave this answer as it is she deserved. Liz in compassionate, understanding and a good listener. Right from my first visit I was treated with respect and dignity. I was immediately put at ease and felt I had known her for years I have nothing but adminstration for the work she does, Liz is a total credit to her profession and I cannot sing her praises enough.

If longer wsh basins were available, bath would no be needed as often I feel there is a lot of energy wasted.
