Care was lovely at all times but sometimes its nice to have a chat on the phone about problems not always relying on the breast care nurses.

I felt I wasn't talked down to or patronised. Everything was explained fully to me, I only have good experience at Rocroft.

Lack of privacy is an issue. The staff are excellent, very caring.
