Initially things did not go well confusion, lack of involvement i.e. not told what medication was ordered or choice. Things not followed through so left struggling with consequences. Person changed and things moved forward positively and I began to feel supported - boxes ticked on this experience. Some unfortunate assumptions cost me - i.e. knew nothing of attendance allowance until radio program.
