Hernia operation was a disaster blood clot/infection /failed surgery and have waited 10 months on further surgery however despite loosing weight and following all instructions I had a consultation 6 weeks ago and a letter outlining the next steps/ pre-op etc there has been absolutely nothing despite 6 phone calls and 3 e-mails including to the complaint process and absolutely no correspondence whatsoever……….absolutely save your money and don’t waste your time on this so called top private healthcare provider A very unhappy unwell paying customer
