My only query was, prior to my operation I received a phone call from the Physio Dept. asking what equipment I had in my home. I was offered a stool for the shower, but when this was delivered it was actually a stool for sitting at the wash basin and NOT for the shower.
I think it would be extremely helpful for those patients that live on their own if there was a care packing in place for when they are discharged.

Staff were amazing, caring and friendly

The nursing staff were very supportive, and the hospital experience made me to feel relaxed and comfortable.

This hospital was very caring very clean staff very attentive felt totally safe the whole time I was there during my operation and afterwards feel very lucky as an NHS patient to be treated here.

Euxton Hall hospital, was local for me,
having had previous operations here, I felt and knew the care I would receive, was going to be excellent, knowing that the Hospital was very clean, with great staff, put my mind at ease
From innitial consultations , to the operation, to the follow up re-abilitation, al was first class

I received wonderful care at all times during my 3 stays at Renacres Hospital. I had 2 total hip replacement surgeries and a 3 week stay after an emergency admission. Each time, every member of staff was professional, courteous, polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. From every department, doctors, physio, nursing staff, housekeeping, theatre, kitchen and admin staff, I am confident I received the best possible care available. They were all understanding, friendly, patient and compassionate. Both Day and Night staff supported me, and were readily available to help 24/7, always kind, patient and approachable. The amenities were great, the food excellent and the standards overall were very high.
I was treated with dignity and respect at all times and encouraged to ask questions. My room was clean with great facilities and a lovely view. I would like to praise every staff member who were all
excellent, and thank them for providing wonderful care during my stays.
