Everyone from receptionist to nurses on the ward were so kind.
I was very nervous as have had a colonoscopy before and it was very painful due to looping in my bowel. The staff nurses assisting with my procedure were very kind and supportive. Dudn in particular – I couldn’t have lasted the whole procedure without her – she held my hand and talked to me all the way through also Dr. Malik was so kind and encouraging.
Only thing that would be improved is the waiting time.

Kim and the student nurse on duty were very helpful and Kim let me know that I was waiting due to complication, on other procedures was causing my delay.

I don't think anything could be improved. All staff were extremely sympathetic, patient and very caring. I was very nervous about the procedure, but I was put at ease very quickly!!
