I was kept informed all the time I was there the staff were very efficient and friendly. I didn’t have to wait too long to be seen and everything was explained to me.

Dying man with very severe COPD, on a mains bipap machine, there due to a fall, leaving a deep cut on his forehead needing stitches. 8 hours to stitch his head, that doctor was nice. No nebuliser offered, wrong ambulance ordered. 14 hours before we go lt home

i was treated with so much kindness by all the staff but especially the nurse who treated me. i had a traumatic experience at my last sexual health appointment elsewhere and this muse at queens was so patient and kind to me, i have never felt more comfortable in a healthcare setting i also didn’t wait long at all, which really surprised me overall i’m so grateful for my experience

I had top quality treatment and care from the surgeons to the cleaners. The surgeons kept me informed all the way through the procedure,, pre and post op. The nurses where very attentive. The porters and X-Ray staff were excellent. The catering department were cheerful and polite as were the cleaning staff. Painful procedure made less traumatic by the aftercare. Other hospitals I have attended would do well to learn from your management methods as they are seriously lagging behind your standards. Thank you for youre care. Kind regards

Had a long wait. The triage nurse was very good and friendly and helpful. The Dr I saw seemed busy and not focused on me as was so busy with a number of patients seemed to be a lot of waiting around for other Dr’s reviewing my case to communicate back to the Dr was actually dealing with me in person. Not a bad experience and I am grateful for the help and care but the waiting around for communication and to keep going back and forth from consult rooms and then sent back to the waiting area with little seating whilst in pain was not pleasant

Overall not a bad experience and I appreciate waiting times are difficult however the waiting area is not comfortable seating is limited. When you are seen and then sent back to waiting area it is difficult when in pain.
