Because service could not of been better, thank you to all the staff.
Everything was explained so well and I understood exactly what was being said to me. The lady was so pleasant and ensured I was happy with my new hearing aid. Lovely Experience.
Everything was well explained on how to use the hearing aid. Aspects about maintenance was explained in great detail. Sri, the audiologist was fantastic in her care and made me very comfortable about using this new hearing aid. She answered all of my queries and prompted me to ask more questions.
All staff were very busy but still provided excellent care. All were very helpful & friendly and I got the help I needed.
Over all amazing staff. The system seems slightly disorganised, staff missing notes, hand overs not clear, the sister in majors doing triage brilliant pulled staff in line getting them to do what was required. Obviously understaffed and large numbers of none English speaking patients bringing lots of shooters resulting in no chairs and crowded experience. Definitely a few who were regulars to A AND E abusing the system but you can’t change that. I came in expecting the worse bp 218 reassurance was greatly received thank you now on the mend ( god willing) xxxx old fat get haired geezer xxxxstay well guys we need you
4 days in a and e
Walked on the ambulance so got a wheelchair off the ambulance hence in a and e on a wheelchair over two days .
Patient got worse due to waiting conditions.
Walked in hospital. Immobile going out and with catheter .
Nothing found wrong with him in the meantime.
All tests possible done. Thank you
Care good.
Nursing staff running around the hospital all wards and floors to find such basic supplies as continence pads and catheter bags ?! False economy especially of medical staff .
All staff caring and lovely .
Their condition are not good either .
The whole experience was awful only saved by comradery of fellow patients waiting in a and e and stoic staff.
Conditions were absolutely awful for patients and staff. And lack of essential stock unbelievable.
Unfortunately, resembled a war zone. And far worse conditions than in some third world countries I have lived in when working as a teacher .
Had blood pressure taken hourly only after nurse change after 6 hours was any meds considered
Felt I was on a production line, no information was provided as to what treatment was required. Was discharged prematurely as indicated by the fact a Doctor contacted me at home the following morning to ask why I was not still at the hospital as expected. On further investigation my notes had been marked as leaving without being discharged officially. THIS IS A LIE! I had to return to the hospital the following day where I was informed I was septic and subsequently waited 16 hours for a doctor to see me and subsequently admit me for treatment.
I been taken by ambulance with high blood pressure and I stayed on a chair for 12 hours in emergency room
It is unfortunate that the NHS is under such stress and that raises the stress for nurses and doctors who are tired which then reflects on your care.
I have never seen a hospital so busy and I can only assume it’s because the country is over populated and we do not have the infrastructure to support the number of people. It is not fair on NHS staff
