Coral was very friendly and welcoming and explained what was happening well. Waiting time. I waited an hour to be seen with people coming after me for walk in being seen before me.

I am really sorry you did not feel on this occasion you had enough information and involvement in your child's OPD appointment. We always try to ensure patients are offered and have understood the information given by staff ,often giving them written information for the parents to read at home .I am sorry on this occasion we failed to do so .
