As ray’s wife/ carer I sometimes felt that the nurses didn’t actually know of all my husbands problems.

Individually all members of staff were amazing! However there were some areas of miscommunication where staff were confused as they had different understanding.
Suggested improvements
Create an environment where staff members have time to communicate. The nursing staff. Should have easier access to doctors/information.

From the moment I arrived here by ambulance, everything has been first class. I cannot express my gratitude enough to every member of staff. They were all amazing!

Not in my experience. Oh, yes, one thing please get nicer tea bags!!
