I was taken to queens A&E on 30/03/20 after a fall I had first class treatment from ambulance crew and doctor and staff at A&E they were wonderful to me. I cannot fault them, my 1st time there. I was appointed a physio a lady called Buddhi she comes to my home and we do exercises together, she is polite, very helpful, explains it all to me and if I cannot manage an exercise we try again slowly, she has the patience of a saint! I cannot thank her enough. I have never had such good service before from everybody concerned that is why I am outside clapping for the NHS every Thursday at 8 pm without fail.
