Although everyone was pleasant IWasn’t given any updates at all ( I was with my dad who was in extreme pain due to Trimeginal neuralgia When asked what was happening was given different answers ie where we were in the queue

Suggested improvements
To be seen by a doctor much quicker ! My dad arrived by ambulance at 3.30 pm and did not see a Dr until 3am the next morning I had to ask for strong pain killers on 3 occasions If I wasn’t there I feel my dad would have been just left on his own :( The Dr that finally saw my dad wrote a prescription for him When we got home at 4.15 am the prescription had the wrong age and NHS number on it !!!!!
