We spent 5 hours prior to A&E at the polly clinic in HaroldWood and they confirmed my mum had broke her arm in two places and needed to go to Queens A&E to see the Orthopedics Dr who had been contacted from the polly clinic. However when we got to Queens they could find nothing on the system . We were then sent to Major Trauma B and the HCA Louise was amazing in helping us. We spent a further 8 hours at Queens but the care was very thorough and as helpful as they could be. I am completing this review on behalf of my 82year old mother

Your information transfer from triarged to the Dr is terrible we was asked the same questions each time we meet a Dr about the condition and current medication. The IT system needs to be streamlined so this information is available easily for the Dr. This would speed things up and stop any mistakes. Considering the first triarge Nurse recorded this into the Pc nothing was passed on.
