All staff had smiles on their faces,made my daughter feel safe and calm at all times and were all very polite.can’t fault any of them at all.they were all so helpful.
Suggested improvements
Only one thing would be that to make sure there’s enough blankets to go around as I slept for two nights without any blankets and used my cardigan
