Care from ED Nurses , ENT team and Ward Team was superb. Felt like a I was in a conveyor belt process rather than caring environment at times but Covid restrictions around family visits and the sheer amount if demand makes that understandable

I really don’t know . Care , Treatment and Skill of staff was excellent. I felt looked after although was very worried and concerned However the pace of work and demands on current staff is too much and obviously can’t be maintained. Everything seemed streamlined to its limit and I fear it would not take much for frail people to fall through the cracks . I see this as a Social Funding problem rather than anything that BHR should be responsible for.
