Everyone was very kind, especially as I am a bit deaf, which meant they had to repeat questions. Also, it was good that I and other patients were given drinks/ lunch as we had long waits.

Suggested improvements
It's hard to say. I realise that the ratio of staff to patients isn't ideal. I noticed that there was a TV on the waiting room wall... it might be an idea to have something showing just to relieve the boredom a little.
