The wait time was almost 4 hours until we could be seen by a doctor. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful each time we asked for an update about how long it would take for us to be seen. It was clear the A&E doctor had to also help patients who came in as emergencies. They need more staff so as to avoid such long waiting times. Absolutely ridiculous.


The waiting times and the attitudes of your staff. Clearly understaffed as the nurses/doctors seemed really busy even though no one in A&E appeared to be being seen.
