Care was great but it’s the length of time without knowing what’s happening next or when you will be seen that is the issue.

Once, I’d been seen by each individual for scans or blood tests, an indication of how long I may have to wait in between seeing the next person would be nice. Even if they did say, it could be 6 hours from now!!! At least if know
