Waiting time for treatment was over and how from appointment time, and treatment wasn't available for that time. Once treatment commenced, the staff were attentive at all times and despite how busy the suite was. Sadly, no volunteers with hot drink after 1500, if patients are attending on their own, there may be notice to get drinks for them.
