My daughter is in excruciating pain, crying and bent double, was marked as urgent and given paracetamol and we are still waiting to be seen 7 hours later , appalling service and communication
If someone is crying In pain and cannot stand up they need to be given priority , there appears to be no adequate system in place to differentiate between minor ailments and malingerers and genuine accidents and emergencies
