I was in the ED Majors B for about 6 hours - which is long admittedly however the nurses and care assistants were wonderful and I cannot say anything negative about them. One particular assistant (I never learnt her name but she was an older white lady with short brown hair) was so so sweet and looked out for me when I got a little scared going into my contrast CT. I was very grateful for her, and the rest of the teams, care on a rough day.
Suggested improvements
It could have been speedier but it was a very very busy day for the department so I wasn’t too mad.
