5th April 2021

because I have some concerns about how I was treated by a Dr Ansfi Ali on Tuesday 30th March 2021 at the Fracture clinic. The Dr was treated me as a number and understood reasons why people decline going to hospital. I have been privileged with good health until a recent fall in February 2021. The team from emergency to having my surgery have been helpful and well spoken until my encounter with Dr Ali. He was really hash and wanted to close my case before checking the xray. He declined for me to have wrist grip even though my hand was still swollen. He did not check the wound or refer me for checking after the popcast have been removed. after checking the xray he then said oh, you have to come back in 3 months time. I bought a wrist wrap because of the pain. called queens hospital, was advised to speak to the on-call register only to be decline. I have to call 111 today because it seems the wound is infected. All because a member of staff can't be bothered.

Staff needs training to understand their work better and treat ALL people with respect. proper monitoring to ensure staff are doing the right thing. some members of staff are hiding behind covid-19 and treating people like objects/numbers passing through conveyer belts. unfortunately these few bad nuts spoils the image of NHS. I would like a review of what was written on my file that day by Dr Ali
