The care I received from when my wife called for an ambulance, to my hospital admission was first class. Had I not received the great level of care, I doubt I would be in a position to be writing this.

There is nothing I can suggest

Review of Labour Ward
28th March 2024

A lot of people were coming into the room. which can be uncomfortable in a vulnerable time. However, Leopatia, Mindy and Renhed were great and very supportive during the labour process.

Suggested improvements
The storage cupboard in our room could have a door on the outside, instead of inside our room, as people kept coming to ask for stuff.

Review of Queen’s - Accident & Emergency
27th March 2024

The doctor dealing with my case didn’t want to listen to me. She misdiagnosed me and I found out the following day that I was suffering from ovarian torsion NOT MUSCULAR GROIN PAIN. I said so many times it’s my ovaries and not a muscular pain. I was unable to walk and the head nurse in charge was a rude cow who took the wheelchair away and made me walk even though I was struggling to stand up let alone walk.

Suggested improvements
LISTEN TO YOYR PATIENTS WHEN THEY ARE TELLING YOU WHAT IS WRONG. Talk to your patients and take their opinions on board especially if they have been misdiagnosed in the past which they suffered from with life changing outcomes.
