Dr Allum ENT was very professional - explained everything to me in detail assuring me if I had any concerns - I had a operation to rectify a crooked septum and my nose was still very very sore - he gave me a prescription to ease with the soreness I was still having - such a lovely caring gentleman and a credit to the NHS
