I have recently had 2 separate visits, Monday & Wednesday. On Monday I would have scored 5 star+! Could not have been better, excellent. ALL staff were superb and seemed very happy and working as a team! In fact I commented on this to friends and family following my visit. Q 1. Was neither undignified nor disrespectful, but just noted I was there. Q 2. Seems irrelevant. Q 3. No information until seen by doctor who was fine. Q 4. & 5. & 6. See below Disappointing today, the nurse who did BP & blood test did not introduce herself. The BP machine was tried 5 times before it gave a reading, no explanation. Whilst waiting for blood results a gentleman was wheeled in by 2 ambulance staff, they requested a transfer of wheelchair as were unable to leave their one. There seems a little reluctance by a nurse to find another & to help transfer the patient from one to the other. Ambulance staff wished the gentleman well, said goodbye & left but the nurse merely moved his chair into the corner to wait, without any obvious greeting the the elderly patient. When I was called to see the doctor, he introduced himself and was courteous throughout!
