We attended an appointment today that was booked for 11:40 in FOPAL and arrived early at 11am the appointment letter was incorrect to start with stating the appointment has been changed from Queens to Queens ! No one seemed to know who the appointment was with and stated it was a telephone appointment. We were told we would be dealt with and blood were taken and we sat and waited and waited we were the only 2 people there except for 1 other man , I counted 12 staff in the corridor at one time all chatting and I made myself visible they knew I was unhappy as I wasn’t kept updated , I asked for a yellow FFT form to express my thoughts on the service and what could be improved upon but I was told they didn’t do that anymore and had no forms , there is a large poster in the waiting room with this website on so I said I would do it online and asked which out patient we were they said FOPAL but it’s not listed as an option, it’s 12:43 and we are still waiting after arriving at 11am for a 11:40 appointment and there has been 1 other gentleman patient only that I have witnessed and seen in the whole area . What is going on ?????
