Share review of Queen's Hospital
There’s simply aren’t enough words or enough space on the page, to truly express how grateful we are to every single member of staff across the ward for saving our little boys life. From the moment we walked into A&E, we felt safe. In the middle of one of the most frightening moments of our lives, every doctor, nurse, healthcare assistance, and member of staff gave us reassurance, compassion and hope. We will never forget that. What stood out most over these past few days is your kindness. In a world that can often feel rushed, transactional and overwhelmed by chaos, politics, and bad news, the care and humanity you’ve shown us has been extraordinary. It’s been the little moments the comforting words, the gentle reassurance, the smiles, the conversations at different times, these have meant more to us that we could ever explain. You should all wear your NHS budgets with immediate pride, because the difference you mar changes lives in the deepest moments and give them strength when they need it most. We will leave this hospital carrying every one of you in our hearts forever, and one day. When Leo is older, he will know the incredible people who cared for him, protected him, and gave is family hope when we needed it most. We are eternally grateful.
Thank you for everything! We love you all! Xxxxx
