From the minute of my arrival, I found the staff members very welcoming and informative. Considering the constant pressure of work they appeared to be under. Although I fail to understand why I was given a form by a doctor is major lites for at 8 am appointment for a hot clinic scan, when upon arrival I was told that it didn't open until 8.30 am.
