We were kept waiting for long periods over the course of 3 days with little to no information provided on what was happening next. Two young and fit police officers were lounging on patient chairs while their charge napped in the corner, leaving my elderly father to stand (I was sitting on the floor). Everyone was polite but of course the nurses are overworked and very busy. Often we had no clue who was in charge or who to ask for updates, and would ask nurses for help only to be told to ask someone else.

Suggested improvements
Pay your nurses better! Make sure they can communicate clearly, and that patients know who is in charge, and who to ask.
