Share review of Queen's Hospital
My name is Ciobanu, and I gave birth at Queen's Hospital on 28 May 2026.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Queen's Hospital. The care I received was exceptional from start to finish, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have been looked after by such an outstanding group of professionals.
A special thank you goes to the maternity and delivery suite team. Their professionalism, expertise, calmness and dedication were truly remarkable. Every member of the team worked with confidence, focus and compassion, making me feel safe and supported throughout my experience.
What impressed me most was not only their medical excellence but also their humanity. I was treated with genuine kindness, respect and care. The midwives, nurses and doctors did far more than simply do their jobs – they made me feel seen, heard and supported during one of the most important moments of my life.
One of the loveliest moments for me was meeting one of the midwives again in the corridor after the birth. She stopped to ask how everything had gone and how I was doing. That simple gesture meant so much to me and showed the genuine care and commitment that the staff have for their patients.
I would also like to thank everyone else who contributes to making the hospital such a wonderful place, including the support staff, housekeeping staff and all those working behind the scenes. The hospital is clean, well organised and welcoming, and every member of staff deserves recognition for the part they play.
Queen's Hospital should be very proud of its team. The level of care, professionalism and compassion I experienced was exceptional, and I will always remember it with gratitude.
Thank you all for everything you do.
Ciobanu
