I met the most amazing team of ladies today, Michele Madula (aka Nicole Kidman), Mercy Ameyaw (aka Naomi Campbell) and Bama (aka Jennifer Lopez) - my celebrity dream team who made me laugh and totally put me at ease during my procedure. Dr Bama explained the whole procedure very carefully to me so I understood at every step of the way what was happening. Thank you all so much for your support, kindness and much needed laughs, the procedure isn't a highlight for any woman, but you made it the best possible experience that it could be for me and it was very much appreciated.

From an admin perspective, it would have been nice to have a formal letter for the appointment, just to make things easier on arrival with various checks and having to explain that I don't have a letter on several occasions.
